Depopulation 

A population decline (or depopulation) in humans is a reduction in a human population caused by unforeseen events such war, civil wars, chemical warfare, biological warfare, abductions, human trafficking, earthquakes, accidents, natural disasters (artificial or real), genocide, ethnic cleansing, often to satisfy criteria that meet long-term demographic goals called trends sometimes. Other facts include, sub-replacement fertility, aging, emigration due  attacks on an economy called  economic recession, depression, urban decay.  Other reasons include rural flight because of fear, food resource decline or high death rates due to violence, disease, or other catastrophes. Policy makers influenced or controlled by white supremacy work to decrease numbers of people in any given population using any number of strategies to meet demographic criteria. For this reason, new governments will work to halt or reverse declining trends in population.
